Anyway, I think its time that I share a few things about myself that you may not know. We are nearly three months into this blogging courtship, and thus I feel the need to get a little personal. Here are 25 questions that I found online that will hopefully help you get to know more about your best girlfriend! Enjoy!
Do you have any pets? Yes! 4 Kitties--Timmy, Sissy, Benjamin, and Little Girl. Benjamin in particular is my bud, and also my ~everything~.
Name 3 things that are physically close to you. My phone (duh, teenage girl), an empty coffee cup given to me by someone I don't really know (but it's still pretty cool), and my Q&A five year diary.
What's the weather like right now? DISGUSTO. It has been so ridiculously hot, I have skipped going to meals just so I can stay indoors. It's been peanut butter and jelly for a while now.
Do you drive? If so have you crashed? I do drive, and have been for 2 years. I got in a (minor) crash early this year. I know people say this all the time, but it was seriously the other guy's fault. There is a thing called driving space! Thankfully, there are only two notches in my bumper where his license plate hit me...Nellie is still going strong.
What was the last movie you saw? I got halfway through The Immigrant before I was dying of sleep deprivation last night, but the last full movie I saw was the classic, Mamma Mia!.
What does your last text message say? *Don't cry for me Argentiiiinnnaaaaaa*...My friend and I both just noticed that Evita is on Netflix.
Have you ever been to a different country? Indeed, I have. I've been to Norway, Germany (for eight hours...layover), Italy, Vatican City, England, Canada, The Bahamas, Mexico, and Ireland (my favorite place in the world).
Where do you buy your groceries? Back home I go to Kroger, but here in Missouri there is a place called Hy-Vee... talk about random name.
Have you ever taken medication to help you fall asleep faster? I occasionally take melatonin, which I used to think was really weird, but I've met more and more people who take it, too.
How old will you be turning on your next birthday? 19...Is it just me, or does this seem like such an odd age? 18 was a big deal and 20 is definitely a big year, too...and then there is 19. It's like the middle child.
Do you wear contacts or glasses? I have contacts, but those things are the bane of my existence. I generally just go with my glasses on the daily.
When was the last time you cried? The day I moved into my dorm. After my mom left, I locked myself in my room and cried to "Slipping through my Fingers" by Abba for a solid 20 minutes. I knew that I needed a good cry because everything that day was so overwhelming, and ever since I haven't felt a single drop of homesickness.
What is your eye color? Dark blue around the rim, blue in the middle, and green around the pupil.
What is your middle name? Ingrid. It was originally supposed to be my first name, but the parentals determined that Allison Ingrid "flowed" better than Ingrid Allison.
What is your favorite drink? PEACH TEA
What is your favorite song at the moment? I have two..."Shake it Off" by Taylor Swift and "Don't Stop" by 5SOS. I'm not a huge Taylor Swift fan, but man, this song has wriggled its way into my life.
What is the last thing you bought? Toilet paper and dish soap from Target. I'm doing big things here at college, can't you tell?
Favorite book of all time? Anything my Michelle Moran
Favorite Perfume? Epecially Escada
Are you married? I fancied myself married to Nick Jonas back in the day. Our love was real.
Do you speak any other language? I made it to Spanish IV with a B- average, so yeah, you could say I'm bilingual.
What is your favorite shop? ASOS. It seriously is the best kept secret.
Favorite Movie? Pride and Prejudice (2005) or Marie Antoinette. And let's not forget about Bridesmaids!
Favorite TV show? The Office, hands down. Jim and Pam forever.
